A delicious and easy dish perfect for hosting and parties, featuring steamed clams infused with lemongrass and served with a sweet fish sauce dip.

What you need

lb clams
fl oz lite beer

fl oz fish sauce
Instructions
1: Thoroughly wash your clams and set aside. 2: Remove the outside layer of the lemongrass. Wash and cut into 6 inch pieces. Using a pestle, gently bruise the lemongrass stalks to release the aromatics. 3: In a large pot, add 2 bottles of Bud Light with 2 pieces of lemongrass. Add a metal steamer. Gently add bundles of the lemongrass and clams. 4: Add the lid to the pot. Turn the heat on high. Set timer for 15 minutes. Monitor heat, once it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium. Wait for 15 minutes or until all the clams open. 5: Turn off the heat once clams are cooked. Add to a plate and serve with sweet fish sauce dip. Enjoy!!View original recipe
